2. Purchase your own prepaid label OR purchase a Pre-paid exchange label here.
3.mail your package to:

We suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning your item. We Don't guarantee that we will receive your return item. Please send with a tracking to conform delivery
- item's must be exchanged within 7 days of delivery data. Exchange received after this date will not be processed.
- item's must be returned in new, unused condition with original packaging.
- The buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping Costs are non-refundable.
